Acute Therapy Rehabilitation Aide

Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate care to patients in the rehabilitation program.
2. Assist therapists in providing therapy to patients.
3. Assist with the set-up and breakdown of therapy equipment.
4. Assist with patient transfers and ambulation.
5. Monitor patient safety at all times.
6. Maintain patient records and progress notes.
7. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
8. Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
9. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
10. Communicate effectively with therapists, nursing staff, and patients.
