- Oversee daily operations at various security sites to ensure the safety and security of all personnel and property.
- Manage and supervise a team of security guards, providing guidance and direction as needed.
- Create and implement security protocols and procedures to maintain a high level of safety and security.
- Monitor and evaluate security systems and equipment, reporting any malfunctions or issues to appropriate parties.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential security risks and address them accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Handle any security incidents or emergencies in a timely and professional manner, following company protocols.
- Train and onboard new security personnel, ensuring they are knowledgeable about company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of daily activities, including incident reports and shift logs.
- Continuously assess and improve security procedures to enhance overall site safety and security.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
- Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in security to provide expert guidance and support.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professionalism among team members.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, adhering to company values and policies.
Previous Supervisory Experience: A Security Site Supervisor At Allied Universal Must Have Prior Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In The Security Industry. This Includes Managing A Team Of Security Officers, Scheduling And Training, And Overseeing The Day-To-Day Operations Of A Security Site.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Supervisor, This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Security Officers. This Includes The Ability To Make Tough Decisions, Handle Conflicts, And Lead By Example.
Knowledge Of Security Procedures And Protocols: A Security Site Supervisor Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Security Procedures And Protocols, Including Emergency Response Protocols, Access Control, And Incident Reporting. This Knowledge Is Essential For Ensuring The Safety And Security Of The Site.
Excellent Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial In This Role, As The Security Site Supervisor Will Be Responsible For Relaying Important Information To Both Their Team Of Security Officers And The Client. This Includes Written And Verbal Communication, As Well As The Ability To Listen And Address Concerns.
Attention To Detail: Attention To Detail Is Essential In The Security Industry, And Even More So For A Security Site Supervisor. This Includes Being Vigilant In Monitoring Security Cameras, Conducting Regular Site Checks, And Ensuring That All Security Protocols Are Being Followed By The Team.
