- Oversee and lead a team of security officers during assigned shifts to ensure the safety and security of the designated premises.
- Train, mentor, and develop security officers to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and enforce security protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for clients and employees.
- Conduct regular inspections and patrols to identify any potential security threats or breaches and take immediate action to address them.
