- Oversee and mentor a team of security officers, ensuring they are following all protocols and procedures.
- Ensure the safety and security of clients' properties by monitoring and addressing any potential threats or breaches.
- Lead and motivate a team of security officers to perform at their best and provide exceptional service to our clients.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for the security team to ensure they are up to date on all security protocols and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with both team members and clients, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Act as a point of contact for any security-related issues or emergencies, responding quickly and efficiently to resolve them.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with all security standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to develop and implement security strategies and plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the security program.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their growth and development.
Previous Supervisory Experience: A Security Shift Supervisor At Allied Universal Must Have Prior Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In The Security Industry. This Includes Managing And Leading A Team Of Security Officers, Handling Conflicts And Making Informed Decisions.
Strong Knowledge Of Security Procedures And Protocols: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Security Measures And Protocols, Including Emergency Response Procedures, Access Control, And Surveillance Systems.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Shift Supervisor, Effective Communication With Both Team Members And Clients Is Essential. The Candidate Must Be Able To Convey Instructions Clearly And Professionally, As Well As Handle Any Conflicts Or Issues That May Arise.
Ability To Handle High-Stress Situations: Security Shift Supervisors Must Be Able To Remain Calm And Make Quick Decisions In High-Pressure Situations. This May Include Responding To Emergencies Or Managing Conflicts Between Team Members Or With Clients.
Proven Leadership Skills: Allied Universal Values Individuals Who Can Lead By Example And Motivate Their Team To Perform At Their Best. The Shift Supervisor Must Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A Team, As Well As Implementing Processes To Improve Efficiency And Effectiveness.
