- Oversee and manage a team of security officers during assigned shifts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Develop and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with clients and their personnel.
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor security cameras to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train and mentor new security officers on company policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to security officers.
- Maintain accurate and thorough shift reports and incident reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients, management, and team members.
- Proactively identify and address any security risks or concerns.
- Ensure all security equipment and technology is functioning properly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve security operations.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff for efficient coverage.
- Handle any escalated situations or disputes with professionalism and tact.
- Continuously monitor and enforce safety regulations and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure operation.
- Uphold a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions as required.

- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Security Or Related Field: The Ideal Candidate For A Security Shift Supervisor Role At Allied Universal Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience In The Security Industry Or A Related Field. This Experience Should Include Hands-On Experience In Security Operations, Preferably In A Supervisory Role.
Knowledge Of Security Protocols And Procedures: The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Security Protocols And Procedures, Including But Not Limited To Access Control, Cctv Monitoring, Emergency Response, And Incident Reporting. This Knowledge Is Essential For Ensuring The Safety And Security Of The Assigned Site.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: A Security Shift Supervisor Is Responsible For Managing And Supervising A Team Of Security Officers. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate Their Team.
Ability To Handle Emergency Situations: In Case Of An Emergency, The Security Shift Supervisor Is Expected To Take Charge And Coordinate With The Appropriate Authorities. The Ideal Candidate Should Have The Ability To Remain Calm And Make Quick And Effective Decisions In High-Stress Situations.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is The Minimum Educational Requirement For A Security Shift Supervisor Role At Allied Universal. However, Candidates With Additional Education Or Certifications In Security Management Or Related Fields Will Be Preferred.
