- Oversee and manage a team of security officers during assigned shifts.
- Ensure that all security officers are following company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for clients and their properties.
- Respond to any security incidents or emergencies in a calm and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises to identify potential security threats.
- Train and mentor security officers to effectively perform their duties and responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all security-related incidents or activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients and other team members to address any security concerns or issues.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all persons on the premises.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and make recommendations for improving security procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to security officers.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement security plans and strategies.
- Adhere to all company and industry regulations and guidelines.
- Represent Allied Universal in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Prior Experience In Security Or Law Enforcement: A Security Shift Supervisor Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Security Operations, Preferably In A Similar Role.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Supervisor, The Individual Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Both Their Team And Clients. They Should Also Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Guide And Motivate Their Team.
Knowledge Of Security Protocols And Procedures: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Security Protocols And Procedures, Including Emergency Response Protocols And Incident Reporting Procedures.
Ability To Make Quick And Sound Decisions: A Security Shift Supervisor Must Be Able To Think On Their Feet And Make Quick And Effective Decisions In High-Stress Situations.
Organizational And Time-Management Skills: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Is Highly Organized And Able To Manage Their Time Efficiently To Ensure All Security Tasks Are Completed Effectively And On Time.
