Security Shift Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced security leader to join our team and take on the challenge as our next Security Shift Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a passion for providing high-quality security services. We are seeking someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a security and/or supervisory role who is capable of managing a team of security officers. The successful candidate must also have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check. Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the safety and security of the facility and its occupants by supervising a team of security officers and providing guidance as needed.
2. Monitor and review security logs and reports to ensure proper protocol and procedures are being followed.
3. Respond to emergency situations in a timely and professional manner.
4. Develop and implement security protocols based on industry best practices.
5. Provide training and orientation for new security officers as needed.
6. Maintain positive relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
7. Manage scheduling and payroll for security personnel.
8. Conduct investigations of incidents and breaches of security protocol.
9. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
