- Develop and implement fire safety protocols and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.

- Coordinate and oversee fire drills and evacuation procedures to ensure all occupants are familiar with emergency protocols.
- Train and educate building occupants on fire safety procedures and prevention techniques.
- Serve as the main point of contact for fire safety concerns and emergency situations, responding quickly and effectively to any incidents.
- Communicate and coordinate with local fire departments and other emergency responders as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of fire safety training, drills, and inspections.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on fire safety equipment and systems, such as fire extinguishers, alarms, and sprinklers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and new fire safety regulations, and make recommendations for improvements and updates to protocols.
- Lead and manage a team of fire safety personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure a safe and secure environment for all occupants.
- Collaborate with other building management personnel to ensure overall safety and security of the property.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and effectively communicate with all levels of staff and tenants.
- Foster a culture of safety and security within the building, promoting a proactive and vigilant attitude towards fire safety.
- Investigate any fire-related incidents and provide thorough reports and recommendations for preventing future occurrences.
- Continuously evaluate and improve fire safety procedures to ensure the highest level of safety for all occupants.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Fire Life Safety Management In A Commercial Building Setting.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Local Fire Codes, Building Safety Regulations, And Emergency Response Procedures.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Train And Manage A Team Of Fire Safety Personnel.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Building Occupants, Fire Department Officials, And Other Key Stakeholders.
Certification As A Fire Life Safety Director (Flsd) From A Recognized Institution Or Fire Department.
