- Conduct regular training sessions with your canine partner to ensure their skills and abilities remain sharp and effective.

- Act as a vital member of our security team by providing support and assistance during security operations.
- Work closely with clients and other team members to develop and implement security plans and protocols.

- Maintain accurate records and reports related to your canine partner's training and performance.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures and protocols at all times.

- Provide support and assistance to other handlers and team members as needed.

Prior Experience In Law Enforcement Or Military: A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Law Enforcement Or Military Is Usually Required To Be Considered For A K9 Handler Position At Allied Universal. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In Security Protocols And Procedures.
Certification As A K9 Handler: Candidates Must Possess A Valid Certification As An Explosive Detection K9 Handler From A Recognized Organization Such As The National Police Canine Association (Npca) Or The United States Police Canine Association (Uspca).
Knowledge Of Explosive Detection Techniques: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of Various Explosive Detection Techniques, Including Scent Detection, Behavioral Detection, And Visual Detection. This Knowledge Is Essential For Effective Handling Of The K9 And Accurate Interpretation Of Their Reactions.
