1. Provide a warm and professional welcome to convention attendees, staff, and vendors.
2. Ensure the safety and security of all individuals at the event.
3. Monitor and control access points, ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed entry.
4. Conduct thorough bag checks and screenings to prevent prohibited items from entering the event.
5. Respond quickly and effectively to any security incidents or emergencies.
6. Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, event staff, and law enforcement, if necessary.
7. Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats.
8. Proactively identify and address any potential safety hazards.
9. Act as a customer service representative, answering questions and providing assistance to event attendees.
10. Collaborate with event organizers and other security personnel to develop and implement security plans.
11. Follow all company and event policies and procedures to ensure a safe and successful event.
12. Remain calm and professional in high-stress situations.
13. Use effective problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts or security issues.
14. Monitor and report any suspicious activity or behavior.
15. Attend pre-event briefings and debriefings to stay updated on event details and security protocols.
16. Continuously assess and improve security measures to ensure a safe and secure event.
17. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
18. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
