1. Greet and welcome attendees and participants at various conventions with a friendly and professional demeanor.
2. Ensure the safety and security of all individuals at the event by monitoring and patrolling the premises.
3. Identify and address any potential security threats or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Communicate effectively with team members, event staff, and law enforcement to coordinate security efforts.
5. Maintain accurate logs and reports of any incidents or activities during the event.
6. Enforce event rules and regulations to ensure a safe and organized environment.
7. Monitor and control access points to the event, ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed entry.
8. Respond promptly and appropriately to any emergency situations that may arise.
9. Conduct bag checks and security screenings as necessary.
10. Remain vigilant and alert at all times to identify and prevent any potential security breaches.
11. Provide excellent customer service to attendees and participants, addressing any inquiries or concerns with professionalism.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal laws, at all times.
13. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on security protocols and procedures.
14. Represent Allied Universal and the event in a positive manner at all times.
