  10. Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the client experience.
  11. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's electronic security solutions and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  12. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials for the enterprise market.
  13. Conduct regular training and presentations for clients to educate them on new products and services.
  14. Monitor and manage contract renewals and negotiations with clients.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Electronic Security Systems: The Enterprise Account Manager Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Electronic Security Systems, Such As Access Control, Video Surveillance, And Intrusion Detection. They Should Be Able To Provide Expert Guidance To Clients On System Selection And Implementation.

  • Proven Sales And Account Management Experience: This Role Requires A Strong Track Record In Sales And Account Management, Particularly In The Electronic Security Industry. The Enterprise Account Manager Must Have The Ability To Identify Sales Opportunities, Build Relationships With Clients, And Close Deals.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Key Point Of Contact For Clients, The Enterprise Account Manager Must Possess Exceptional Communication And Presentation Skills. They Should Be Able To Clearly Articulate The Benefits Of Allied Universal's Products And Services To Potential Clients.

  • Strong Technical Aptitude: While Not Necessarily A Technical Role, The Enterprise Account Manager Must Have A Solid Understanding Of Electronic Security Systems And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Provide Technical Support To Clients When Needed. This Requires A Strong Technical Aptitude And The Ability To Quickly Learn New Technologies.

  • Customer Service Oriented: Above All Else, The Enterprise Account Manager Must Be Customer Service Oriented. They Should Be Dedicated To Providing Excellent Service To Clients And Be Able To Handle Any Inquiries Or Concerns In A Timely And Professional Manner. This Includes Being Available For After-Hours Support And Maintaining A Positive And Helpful Attitude At All Times.
