  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients within the electronic security industry.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth for the electronic security division.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  4. Utilize a strong background in sales to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our electronic security systems to potential clients.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better understand client needs and identify potential areas for growth.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of electronic security solutions for clients.
  7. Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  8. Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Act as a point of contact for clients and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  10. Represent Allied Universal at industry events and conferences to network and promote our electronic security services.
  11. Provide timely and accurate reports and updates to management on sales activities and progress.
  12. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards, in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Experience In Electronic Security Industry: A Successful Enterprise Account Manager At Allied Universal Should Have A Strong Background And Understanding Of The Electronic Security Industry. This Includes Experience In Selling And Managing Security Solutions For Enterprise-Level Clients.

  • Sales And Account Management Skills: The Enterprise Account Manager Should Possess Exceptional Sales And Account Management Skills, Including The Ability To Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities, Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Clients, And Negotiate Contracts And Pricing.

  • Technical Knowledge Of Security Systems: A Thorough Understanding Of Electronic Security Systems, Including Access Control, Video Surveillance, And Intrusion Detection, Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Provide Technical Expertise And Recommendations To Clients Regarding Their Security Needs.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills: As An Enterprise Account Manager, The Candidate Will Be Required To Communicate With Clients, Colleagues, And Leadership Both Verbally And In Writing. This Includes Creating And Delivering Presentations, Proposals, And Reports.

  • Customer Service Orientation: Allied Universal Places A High Value On Providing Exceptional Customer Service. The Enterprise Account Manager Should Have A Customer-Centric Mindset, Always Striving To Meet And Exceed Client Expectations And Ensure Overall Satisfaction With The Company's Services.
