We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales for our Electronic Security division to join our growing team. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving and executing the sales strategy for our electronic security solutions, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems. We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in the electronic security industry.   1. Develop and execute sales strategies for the Electronic Security division, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and research, networking, and building relationships with potential clients.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  5. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to develop effective sales strategies and drive business growth.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  8. Conduct regular sales meetings and provide reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts.
  9. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of electronic security technologies and solutions, and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, and participate in relevant networking events to promote the company and its services.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes, procedures, and strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
