  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  12. Stay updated on industry developments and changes in technology to continuously improve and innovate the company's electronic security solutions.
  13. Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
  14. Motivate and incentivize the sales team to meet and exceed targets and achieve company goals.
