Airport Recruiter - Physical Security Operations

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Airport Recruiter to join our Physical Security Operations team at the airport. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the security operations at our airport sites. We are looking for someone with a passion for recruiting and a strong understanding of airport security operations. - Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for airport security positions.
- Utilize various recruitment methods, such as job fairs, online job boards, and social media, to reach potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit for airport security roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely and accurate recruitment efforts.
- Maintain a strong understanding of airport security operations and requirements to effectively communicate job responsibilities and qualifications to candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with airport authorities, professional organizations, and other sources to expand the candidate pool.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Experience In Security Operations: A Successful Airport Recruiter For Physical Security Operations At Allied Universal Should Have A Strong Background In Security Operations, Preferably In An Airport Or Aviation Setting. This Includes Knowledge Of Security Protocols, Procedures, And Regulations Specific To The Aviation Industry.
Knowledge Of Recruitment Strategies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Effective Recruitment Strategies To Attract Top Talent For Physical Security Roles. They Should Be Familiar With Various Recruitment Platforms, Networking Techniques, And Screening Methods.
Strong Communication Skills: As An Airport Recruiter, Effective Communication Is Essential To Engage With Potential Candidates, Coordinate With Hiring Managers, And Provide Updates To Upper Management. Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are A Must For This Role.
Understanding Of Security Technology: In Addition To Traditional Security Practices, The Role May Require The Use Of Security Technology Such As Access Control Systems, Cctv, And Other Surveillance Equipment. The Candidate Should Possess A Working Knowledge Of These Technologies And Their Application In Security Operations.
Team Player: The Role Of An Airport Recruiter At Allied Universal Is A Collaborative One, And The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams. They Should Be Able To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Hiring Managers, Hr, And Security Personnel.
