Drive continuous improvement and change initiative across the organization Actively manage organizational talent and workforce planning processes. Participate in organization wide human resources initiatives including leadership and employer of choice efforts. Create and implement a positive employee relations program at all locations. Demonstrated ability to lead Engagement and Retention initiatives. Effectively manage communication plans and HR strategy for annual HR processes (e.g. Performance Management, Salary Planning, Talent Reviews). Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation, employee and labor relations guidance, and day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Manage leave of absence process and transitional duty process. Facilitate resolution of payroll and timekeeping administration issues. Provide guidance and compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers.
