- Design and develop intuitive and seamless user experiences for Allianz's digital products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and continuously improve user experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user-centered design.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines and design standards across all digital platforms.
- Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure successful implementation of design solutions.
- Use data and analytics to inform and support design decisions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Proficient In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision.
Bachelor's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In User Experience Design In A Corporate Or Agency Setting.
Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Ability To Conduct User Research And Testing.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
