User Experience Designer

- Develop and implement user-centered design strategies to improve the digital experience for Allianz customers.
- Conduct research and gather insights on user behavior, needs, and preferences to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to create cohesive and effective user experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Ensure that all digital experiences align with Allianz's brand and design guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience design.
- Advocate for a user-centered approach throughout the organization, educating others on the importance of user experience.
- Develop and maintain design documentation and specifications for digital products.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Collaborate with usability testing team to gather user feedback and incorporate findings into design improvements.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.
- Help establish and maintain a consistent and cohesive user experience across all digital touchpoints.
Bachelor's Degree In Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In User-Centered Design, Including Wireframing, Prototyping, And User Testing.
Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision, And Figma.
Experience In Creating And Maintaining Design Systems And Style Guides.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present And Justify Design Decisions To Stakeholders.
