- Utilize best practices and industry standards to ensure a consistent and user-friendly experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
- Identify and address usability issues through user testing and iteration.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in user experience design.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented.
- Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders.
- Continuously strive to improve and optimize the user experience for Allianz's customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to maintain consistency in design and messaging.
- Adhere to project timelines and meet deadlines.
- Provide support and guidance to junior designers as needed.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design guidelines and standards.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Allianz's products and services to inform design decisions.
Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies.
Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Ux Design, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present And Defend Design Decisions To Stakeholders.
