  1. Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our target audience.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to define project goals and requirements.
  3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines for consistency across all digital products.
  5. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user experience design.
  7. Analyze data and metrics to inform design decisions and measure the success of new features.
  8. Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the design process.
  9. Work closely with developers to ensure design solutions are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  10. Mentor and guide other members of the design team, providing constructive feedback and promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In User Experience Design, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Proficiency In Design And Prototyping Tools Such As Sketch, Invision, And Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present And Justify Design Decisions To Stakeholders.
