- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and behaviors to inform the design of our digital products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define user flows, and create wireframes and prototypes.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs that align with our brand and business goals.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the user experience.
- Advocate for the user by presenting and explaining design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed.
- Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a consistent design language and style across all digital products.
- Monitor and analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
- Act as a user experience advocate within the company, educating and promoting the importance of user-centric design.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Or A Related Field.
Proficiency In Design Tools Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Ux Design Role, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Portfolio Showcasing A Variety Of Ux Design Projects, Including Wireframes, Prototypes, And User Research.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Justify Design Decisions To Stakeholders.
