- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement user-centered design strategies for Allianz's digital products and services.
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points, and use insights to inform design decisions.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience through user testing and feedback.
- Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design, and apply them to Allianz's digital products.
- Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to ensure consistency and alignment with Allianz's branding guidelines.
- Communicate and present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and management.
- Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In User Experience Design, Preferably Within The Insurance Or Financial Industry.
Proficiency In User Research Methodologies, Including User Interviews, Usability Testing, And Journey Mapping.
Strong Understanding Of Design Principles And Ability To Create Wireframes, Prototypes, And User Interface Designs.
Experience With Design Tools Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision, Or Figma.
