- Ensure accuracy: Review insurance policies and applications for accuracy and completeness, and make necessary adjustments or recommendations for approval.

- Analyze data: Utilize various data sources and underwriting tools to analyze risk and make informed decisions on coverage and premiums.
- Make sound underwriting decisions: Utilize knowledge, experience, and company policies to make underwriting decisions that are in line with company goals and risk tolerance.
- Continuously improve processes: Identify areas for improvement in underwriting processes and procedures and make recommendations for streamlining operations.
- Maintain records: Keep detailed and accurate records of underwriting decisions, policy information, and customer interactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and emerging risks to ensure the success of insurance products and policies.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Underwriting, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
