  1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
  2. Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  3. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador for Allianz, promoting our company values and culture to potential candidates.
  9. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  10. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  11. Communicate and negotiate job offers with selected candidates.
  12. Attend job fairs, conferences, and other events to promote Allianz as an employer of choice.
  13. Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  15. Contribute to the development and improvement of overall talent acquisition strategies and processes within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Corporate Or Agency Setting

  • Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Best Practices And Experience Utilizing Various Sourcing Methods To Attract Top Talent

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Hiring Managers, Candidates, And External Vendors

  • Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Hr Technology Platforms, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
