  1. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of Allianz's software and applications.
  2. Collaborate with the development team to identify and troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  3. Conduct thorough regression testing to identify and report any potential defects or issues.
  4. Identify and document test results and effectively communicate them to the development and management teams.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
  6. Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback to improve the overall quality of the products.
  7. Continuously improve and enhance the testing process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and functionality of all systems.
  9. Provide support and guidance to other team members, as needed.
  10. Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance the overall user experience.
  11. Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure they are met during testing.
  12. Contribute to the development of automated testing processes and tools.
  13. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while performing all testing tasks.
  14. Adhere to project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and data privacy standards.
  16. Continuously monitor and analyze system performance to identify and address any potential issues.
  17. Provide regular status updates and reports to management on testing progress and results.
  18. Participate in user acceptance testing and provide support to end-users during the testing process.
  19. Provide training and support to new team members as necessary.
  20. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Software Testing, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Software Testing Methodologies And Tools, Such As Selenium, Jira, And Hp Quality Center.

  • Experience With Creating And Executing Test Plans, Test Cases, And Test Scripts.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Complex Issues.
