5. Identify and implement opportunities to reduce the company's carbon footprint and promote sustainable practices.

8. Develop and deliver training programs and educational materials on sustainability for employees.

11. Develop and manage sustainability budgets and resources.
12. Communicate sustainability efforts and progress to internal and external stakeholders through various channels.
13. Stay informed on emerging sustainability issues and proactively address potential risks.
14. Serve as a sustainability subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to colleagues and senior management.
15. Cultivate relationships with external organizations and partners to advance sustainability initiatives and collaborations.
