7. Engage with external stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, and NGOs, to build partnerships and drive sustainability efforts.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and standards.
9. Advocate for sustainability within the organization and promote a culture of sustainability among employees.
10. Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities related to sustainability to senior management.
11. Participate in sustainability-related events and conferences to represent Allianz and network with other sustainability professionals.
12. Seek out and pursue opportunities for Allianz to make a positive impact on the environment and society through sustainable practices.
13. Continuously evaluate and improve sustainability strategies and initiatives based on feedback and results.
14. Act as a liaison between Allianz and external sustainability organizations and initiatives.
15. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in sustainability efforts within the organization.
