  1. Develop and implement sustainable strategies and initiatives to ensure Allianz's commitment to promoting sustainability is met.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement sustainable practices.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to stay updated on current sustainability trends and best practices.
  4. Monitor and track sustainability performance metrics and report on progress to senior management.
  5. Identify potential sustainability risks and develop plans to mitigate them.
  6. Educate and train employees on sustainable practices and promote a culture of sustainability within the organization.
  7. Represent Allianz at sustainability conferences and events, and maintain relationships with external sustainability partners.
  8. Keep abreast of relevant legislation and regulations related to sustainability and ensure compliance.
  9. Work with marketing and communications teams to promote Allianz's sustainability efforts to internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Continuously assess and improve sustainability policies and procedures to align with industry standards and company goals.
  11. Collaborate with other sustainability professionals within the industry to share best practices and drive collective progress.
  12. Stay updated on emerging technologies and innovations in sustainability and make recommendations for their implementation within the organization.
  13. Monitor and manage sustainability budget and resources effectively.
  14. Contribute to the development of Allianz's sustainability reports and disclosures.
  15. Act as a liaison between Allianz and sustainability organizations, NGOs, and government agencies.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Sustainability Principles, Practices, And Regulations.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Sustainability, Environmental Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sustainability Management Or A Similar Role.

  • Experience With Developing And Implementing Sustainability Strategies And Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Drive Change Within The Company.
