  1. Design and Develop Learning Programs: The Senior Learning Advisor will be responsible for designing and developing innovative learning programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This includes collaborating with subject matter experts to identify learning needs, developing learning objectives, and designing engaging and effective learning materials.
  2. Implement Learning Strategies: The Senior Learning Advisor will be responsible for implementing learning strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This includes identifying the most effective learning methods, tools, and resources to achieve desired learning outcomes.
  3. Deliver Engaging Learning Experiences: The Senior Learning Advisor will be responsible for delivering engaging learning experiences that foster a culture of continuous learning and development. This includes designing and delivering a variety of learning formats, such as classroom training, e-learning, virtual sessions, and on-the-job training.
  4. Analyze and Evaluate Learning Effectiveness: The Senior Learning Advisor will be responsible for analyzing the effectiveness of learning programs and making recommendations for improvement. This includes conducting evaluations, gathering feedback, and using data to measure the impact of learning initiatives.
  5. Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: The Senior Learning Advisor will be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development. This includes attending conferences, networking with other professionals, and researching emerging technologies to enhance learning programs.
  6. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: The Senior Learning Advisor will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, talent management, and business leaders, to identify learning needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  7. Mentor and Coach Junior Learning Professionals: The Senior Learning Advisor will act as a mentor and coach to junior learning professionals, providing guidance and support in their learning and development journey.
  8. Maintain Learning Management System: The Senior Learning Advisor will be responsible for maintaining the learning management system, ensuring all learning materials are up-to-date and easily accessible to employees.
  9. Budget Management: The Senior Learning Advisor will be responsible for managing the learning budget, including identifying cost-effective solutions

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Learning And Development: A Senior Learning Advisor At Allianz Must Have A Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Learning And Development, With A Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Methods.
