  1. Lead and facilitate the adoption of Scrum practices within the transformation programme.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
  3. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
  4. Implement and maintain agile methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project management.
  5. Coach and mentor team members on Scrum principles, practices, and values.
  6. Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, retrospective, and other Scrum ceremonies.
  7. Identify and remove any impediments that may affect team productivity and delivery.
  8. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
  9. Monitor and track team progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
  10. Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
  11. Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and guidelines.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Manage conflicts and promote a positive and collaborative team environment.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in agile methodologies.
  15. Act as an advocate for the Scrum framework and promote its adoption across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Master (Csm) Or Equivalent Certification: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Csm Or Any Other Equivalent Certification To Demonstrate Their Understanding And Knowledge Of The Scrum Framework.

  • Experience In Managing Large-Scale Transformations: The Scrum Master Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large-Scale Transformations, Preferably Within The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Leader And Facilitator Of The Scrum Team, The Scrum Master Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders And Team Members At All Levels.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Agile Methodologies: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Agile Principles, Values, And Methodologies, Including Scrum, Kanban, And Lean, To Guide The Team Towards Continuous Improvement And Delivery Of High-Quality Products.

  • Ability To Coach And Mentor Team Members: The Scrum Master Should Have Experience In Coaching And Mentoring Team Members To Foster A Culture Of Continuous Learning And Improvement Within The Team. This Includes Facilitating Workshops, Conducting Training Sessions, And Providing Regular Feedback To Team Members.
