- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful and timely completion of projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and product development, to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Identify and communicate project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Lead project team meetings and provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure project goals are met.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Oversee project budgets and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and external partners to support project execution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for project-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Effectively communicate project updates and progress to senior management.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects From Initiation To Completion.
