Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Insurance Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Insurance Industry Trends, Regulations, And Technology Developments.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate Cross-Functional Teams.
Experience With Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile Or Scrum, And Proficiency In Project Management Software.
