- Lead and manage the delivery of innovative insurance technology projects for Allianz, ensuring successful completion within budget, timeline and scope.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, while also identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication and updates, providing timely and accurate reports to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure project resources are allocated effectively and efficiently, and track project expenses to ensure adherence to budget.
- Monitor and assess project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project team members, ensuring a cohesive and efficient working environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in insurance technology, incorporating new ideas and best practices into project planning and execution.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for insurance technology, providing guidance and support to project team members and stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate project outcomes and make recommendations for future improvements and efficiencies.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Technology Projects, Including Software Development And Implementation.
Strong Understanding Of Insurance Industry And Related Technologies, Such As Policy Administration Systems And Data Analytics.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
