
Project Manager (Insurance Tech)

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the successful implementation of our technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. - Manage and oversee the successful implementation of technology projects within the insurance industry.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Lead project teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders involved.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders, including senior management.
- Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, meeting all agreed-upon requirements and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for project goals.
- Lead project meetings and facilitate discussions to drive decision-making and issue resolution.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to effectively plan, execute, and monitor project tasks and deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their project management skills and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and insurance technology to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Proficiency In Project Management Tools And Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Scrum.
Strong Understanding Of Insurance Technology And Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects, Meeting Deadlines, And Delivering Results Within Budget.
