- Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and successful delivery of insurance technology projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or risks that may arise.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Ensure project requirements and deliverables are clearly defined and understood by all team members.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to drive project progress and decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in insurance technology to incorporate into project strategies.
- Mentor and support team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to drive project success.
- Act as a liaison between the project team and clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Insurance Technology And Industry Trends.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects And Delivering Results On Time And Within Budget.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
