  1. Conduct actuarial analysis and provide insights to support the development of innovative solutions for our clients' risk management needs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve business performance.
  3. Conduct research and analyze industry trends to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
  4. Develop and maintain actuarial models and tools to support business decision-making.
  5. Review and validate actuarial calculations and assumptions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Communicate complex actuarial concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
  7. Stay updated on industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and inform business strategy.
  8. Mentor and train junior actuarial analysts to develop their skills and knowledge.
  9. Collaborate with the pricing team to develop competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
  10. Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects to drive business growth and innovation.
  11. Provide guidance and support to other departments on actuarial matters, such as product development and financial reporting.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in actuarial analysis.
  13. Work with external auditors and regulatory bodies to provide necessary data and support for audits and compliance.
  14. Represent the company in professional organizations and conferences to stay updated on industry best practices and enhance the company's brand and reputation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field

  • Asa Or Fsa Designation From The Society Of Actuaries

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Relevant Experience In Actuarial Analysis, Preferably In Insurance Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Actuarial Principles, Models, And Techniques

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner
