  1. Conduct thorough analysis of financial and market data to inform pricing decisions.
  2. Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with company objectives and maximize profitability.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of current pricing models, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with overall business goals.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform pricing strategies.
  6. Utilize data analytics and statistical modeling to identify pricing opportunities and potential risks.
  7. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate pricing strategies and recommendations to stakeholders.
  8. Collaborate with underwriting teams to assess risk and determine appropriate pricing for new products.
  9. Monitor and track pricing changes and their impact on business performance.
  10. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies and make adjustments as needed.
  11. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all pricing decisions.
  12. Train and mentor junior analysts to develop their pricing skills and knowledge.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on pricing for internal stakeholders and external partners.
  14. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline pricing analysis and decision-making.
  15. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all pricing analysis and recommendations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Pricing Analysis, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Mathematical Skills, With Proficiency In Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.

  • Knowledge Of Actuarial Principles And Techniques, Including Pricing Models And Risk Assessment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
