- Train and mentor junior analysts to develop their pricing skills and knowledge.
- Act as a subject matter expert on pricing for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline pricing analysis and decision-making.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all pricing analysis and recommendations.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Pricing Analysis, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Strong Analytical And Mathematical Skills, With Proficiency In Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
Knowledge Of Actuarial Principles And Techniques, Including Pricing Models And Risk Assessment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
