Manages the design and development of complex spreadsheet applications and/or models essential to successfully delivering on administrative obligations. Ensures quality control process is satisfied within team. Researches and analyzes advanced technical administrative opportunities and develops recommendations to improve accuracy, efficiency and compliance through collaboration with other technical areas. Assists with training and development of individuals. Peer reviewer of other’s work. Participates in key initiatives and special projects as assigned. Documentation of processes, analysis performed and applications built. Using Agile methodology, participate in Scrum team(s) by identifying impacts or changes to product calculations and evaluating risk and test coverage needed. Create and utilize reporting on production issues and using them to update traceability back to calculations and update risk coverage.
