- Provide legal advice and guidance to various departments within the company, ensuring compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel and other stakeholders to resolve legal disputes and negotiate settlements.
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the insurance industry and advise the company accordingly.
- Conduct legal trainings and workshops for employees to promote understanding of legal issues and reduce potential risks.
- Participate in contract negotiations and provide legal support for mergers and acquisitions.
- Proactively identify and address legal risks and provide strategic solutions to mitigate them.
- Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with regulators and government agencies when necessary.
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team to develop and implement strategies to improve legal processes and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information and adhere to ethical standards.
Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School
Admission To The Bar In The State Where Allianz Operates
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Practicing Law, Preferably In A Corporate Or Insurance Setting
Strong Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Including Insurance And Contract Law
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advise And Counsel Internal Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
