- Develop and implement security protocols and measures to protect Allianz's data and systems from external and internal threats.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Monitor and analyze system logs and network traffic to detect and respond to security incidents.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security standards are met in all areas of the organization.
- Provide training and support to employees on security best practices and policies.
- Investigate and respond to security breaches and incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage and maintain security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anti-virus software.
- Create and maintain documentation of security procedures, protocols, and incident response plans.
- Conduct security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and make recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
- Communicate and coordinate with third-party vendors and partners to ensure their compliance with Allianz's security standards.
- Act as a point of contact for security-related inquiries from clients and stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve Allianz's security posture to stay ahead of emerging threats.
- Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to information security.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In It Security, Preferably In A Corporate Or Financial Services Environment.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Network And System Security Technologies And Best Practices, Including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection And Prevention Systems, Encryption, And Vulnerability Management.
Professional Certifications Such As Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp), Certified Information Security Manager (Cism), Or Certified Information Systems Auditor (Cisa) Are Highly Desirable.
