- Conduct internal audits of the company's financial operations to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to effectively review and assess the company's financial processes and controls.
- Identify areas of potential risk and make recommendations for improvement to management.
- Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports to senior management, highlighting any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and audit standards to ensure compliance and make recommendations for any necessary changes.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders and provide guidance on how to address any identified issues.
- Monitor and track the implementation of recommended changes and follow up to ensure their effectiveness.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all audit information and adhere to ethical standards at all times.
- Provide guidance and support to junior auditors and assist in their professional development.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and adhere to the company's code of conduct and values.
Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills.
Professional Certification Such As Certified Internal Auditor (Cia) Or Certified Public Accountant (Cpa).
A Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Internal Audit Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
