- Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the insurance industry, including regulations, product features, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, underwriting, and actuarial, to develop and launch new insurance products.
- Create product specifications, including coverage details, pricing, and underwriting guidelines, to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Lead the design and development process for new products, including conducting feasibility studies, developing prototypes, and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Conduct regular reviews of existing product portfolio to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance product performance and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and industry developments to continuously improve and evolve existing products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as reinsurers and technology providers, to stay updated on industry developments and leverage their expertise in product development.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the product development process.
- Communicate product updates and changes to relevant stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, and customers.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to proactively identify opportunities for innovation and product differentiation.
- Mentor and train junior product development team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Development Within The Insurance Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Identify Market Trends And Customer Needs.
Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Effectively Prioritize And Meet Deadlines.
