- Lead the development and launch of new insurance products, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and are in line with company standards.
- Partner with underwriting, actuarial, and marketing teams to determine pricing, target markets, and messaging for new products.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Product Development Within The Insurance Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Products, Regulations, And Market Trends.
Experience With Data Analysis And Market Research To Identify Opportunities For New Products.
