Responsibilities for this job may include:
- Leading the ideation process: The Ideation Manager will be responsible for driving the ideation process within the organization. This includes brainstorming and generating new ideas, as well as facilitating ideation sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Identifying opportunities for innovation: The Ideation Manager will be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to identify opportunities for innovation within Allianz. This may involve conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams: The Ideation Manager will work closely with various teams across the organization, such as product development, marketing, and customer service, to gather insights and perspectives and incorporate them into the ideation process.
- Managing idea pipeline: The Ideation Manager will be responsible for managing the idea pipeline, including tracking and evaluating ideas, prioritizing them based on feasibility and potential impact, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Developing and presenting proposals: The Ideation Manager will develop proposals for new products, services, or processes based on the ideas generated. They will also present these proposals to senior management for review and approval.
- Encouraging a culture of innovation: The Ideation Manager will be a champion for innovation within the organization, promoting a culture of creativity and idea-sharing. They will also develop and implement strategies to foster a more innovative mindset among employees.
- Monitoring and evaluating success: The Ideation Manager will track the success of implemented ideas and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed. They will also report on the impact of ideas and innovation initiatives to senior management.
