  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  2. Provide personalized financial planning and investment management services to clients.
  3. Stay up-to-date on financial markets and industry trends to provide relevant and accurate advice to clients.
  4. Conduct thorough financial analyses and create customized financial plans for clients.
  5. Educate clients on various investment options and help them make informed decisions.
  6. Monitor clients' investment portfolios and make adjustments as needed to ensure their financial goals are being met.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement successful strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  8. Maintain a deep understanding of Allianz products and services to effectively promote and cross-sell to clients.
  9. Attend networking events and participate in professional development opportunities to expand client base and enhance skills.
  10. Comply with all industry regulations and ethical standards in all interactions with clients.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and financial transactions.
  12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team and company.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service and be readily available to address any client concerns or inquiries.
  14. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and superiors to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  15. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and financial regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice to clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field

  • Professional Certification Such As Certified Financial Planner (Cfp) Or Chartered Financial Analyst (Cfa)

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Financial Planning Or Investment Management

  • Strong Knowledge Of Investment Products, Financial Markets, And Tax Laws
