  1. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities in our systems and networks.
  2. Develop and implement effective security measures and protocols to protect against cyber attacks.
  3. Monitor network traffic and logs for suspicious activity and investigate any potential security breaches.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber threats and trends in order to proactively mitigate potential risks.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of our operations.
  6. Communicate with management and stakeholders about potential security risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  7. Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures to ensure a swift and effective response in the event of a security breach.
  8. Conduct regular training and awareness sessions for employees to educate them on best practices for maintaining cybersecurity.
  9. Perform regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to ensure the effectiveness of our security measures.
  10. Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements related to cybersecurity and ensure our systems are in compliance.
  11. Serve as a point of contact for any cybersecurity-related issues or concerns from clients or partners.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve our cybersecurity processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Document and maintain records of all security-related activities, including incidents, investigations, and remediation efforts.
  14. Work closely with external security partners and vendors to ensure our systems and networks are secure.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity within the organization and provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Cybersecurity Role, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Network Security, Vulnerability Management, And Incident Response Procedures.

  • Familiarity With Security Frameworks And Regulations Such As Iso 27001, Nist, And Gdpr.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Think Critically And Identify Potential Security Risks.
