  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

  11. Train and educate new employees on customer relationship management best practices.
  12. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
  13. Handle difficult or escalated customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  14. Ensure all customer information and interactions are accurately documented in our database.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize the customer relationship management process.
