- Manage and grow our existing customer base by building strong relationships with clients.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies for customer retention and satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their needs are being met and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform and improve our customer relationship strategies.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Allianz, promoting our values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the customer experience through innovation and creative problem-solving.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company updates and improve skills.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and underwriting, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, in all customer interactions.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Relationship Management, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Conflict Resolution Skills.
Proficient In Crm Software And Other Relevant Technology, With The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Data To Improve Customer Satisfaction And Retention.
