- Develop and implement strategic communications plans to support and enhance the company's corporate messaging and brand image.
- Create engaging and impactful content for various communication channels, including internal and external communications, social media, press releases, and company website.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights to inform communication strategies and messaging.
- Manage relationships with media outlets and act as a spokesperson for the company when necessary.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the company's messaging remains relevant and competitive.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and community partners.
- Ensure all communications align with company values and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and execute corporate events, such as press conferences, town halls, and webinars, to promote the company's brand and messaging.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging communication tools and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Provide guidance and support to other members of the corporate communications team.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, speaking engagements, and other events as needed.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Communications, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Create And Deliver Compelling Messages To Various Stakeholders.
Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
Proficiency In Digital Media And Social Media Platforms, As Well As Experience With Media Relations And Crisis Communication.
